Treatment Options
Everybody holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Massage Therapist, I work with you to restore your balance and find your center.
Every session I use organic coconut oil with the option of either organic peppermint, lavender, orange, or vanilla essential oils.
PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Prior to 12 weeks of pregnancy a doctors note is required. After 12 weeks prenatal massage is a great way alleviate aches, pains, and worries. You will start side lying and switch to the other side mid session and at the end be in a semi reclined position supported with a pregnancy wedge. This way I will be able to focus on all areas needed. Belly massage is offered only if requested.

BELLY FACIAL
This is the perfect treatment for expecting mothers' mind, body and soul. The service focuses on the belly while you’re in a semi reclined supported position. It begins with a gentle skin exfoliator with your choice of lavender, vanilla, or orange essential oil. A cleanser and a warm towel is then placed on the skin to take off the product. A kaolin clay mask is applied by a relaxing skin brushing then it is removed with a warm towel. An option of a lavender or a rose mask is brushed onto the belly followed with a gentle glass globe roller massage. Once that is cleaned off a luxurious whipped body butter mixture of jojoba oil, vitamin e oil, cocoa butter, and shea butter is then applied to leave the skin moist, supple and smooth. Half of the time there will be belly steam that softens the skin and locks in moisture. The treatment is 45-60 minutes.

ACUPRESSURE
This is an all natural remedy to help induce and help the duration of birth by using acupressure. You must be 39+ weeks with no complications. It is best to do this as an add on to a prenatal massage but this session alone is fine too. 30-60 minutes (the longer the better) of pressure points being stimulated. A number of studies have shown that acupuncture techniques' can be effective for reducing the duration of labor and relieving labor pain.

INTERGRATED MASSAGE
This service is a mix of Swedish and focused massage catered to the clients needs. Some focus on a specific area but an overall body massage to achieve ultimate muscle and mental relaxation. It takes into account the whole person and helps activate each patient’s natural healing processes as well as restoring their physical and emotional well-being.

SWEDISH MASSAGE
Swedish massage relaxes and rejuvenates you with gentle but firm pressure. Swedish massage is great for pain management, increase blood flow, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and help improve your immune system.

FOCUSED MASSAGE
This is a hands-on body treatment that focuses on one or a few areas most the majority of the session. This service requires deeper pressure while concentrating on an area. This will work out knots from stressed and over worked muscles and connective tissue to alleviate immediate pain. It also promotes faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.
